Books Publishing Process

Proposal

We welcome proposals from scholars, educators, and practitioners working across disciplines, cultures, and languages. Your submission should include:

A completed book proposal form (title, abstract, audience)
Table of contents or a sample chapter
Author/editor CV(s)
A brief note on how your work aligns with EPINOVA PRESS’s mission

Review

Each proposal goes through a two-part review process:

Editorial Review: Our in-house team evaluates alignment with our vision and publishing priorities.
Peer Review: Anonymous expert reviewers assess originality, scholarly value, and cross-disciplinary relevance.

We are especially interested in:

Interdisciplinary or intercultural research
Public knowledge and policy relevance
Works that challenge conventional boundaries or formats

Contract

Once your proposal is accepted, we offer a publishing agreement that outlines:

Author rights (we support copyright retention and Open Access)
Royalties and revenue-sharing options
Timeline and delivery milestones
ISBN and DOI assignment details

We offer both Open Access and traditional publishing models.

Writing and Content Preparation

In this stage, you will work closely with our editorial team to prepare the manuscript. Support includes:

Multilingual editorial assistance (for bilingual or translated editions)
Formatting guidance (citations, footnotes, figures)

Chapter-level DOI planning (especially for collected volumes)

Submission

When your manuscript is ready for submission, please include:

Our editorial team will conduct a technical check and provide final feedback before moving into production.

Production

Our production process includes:

Typesetting and layout for print and digital formats

DOI registration, ISBN assignment
Author proofing and final approval

Multilingual editions may include dual-language covers or mirrored structures.
